Pelican Grill at the Pelican Hill Golf Club offers coastal California dining with stunning ocean views to match. Their First Tee cocktail is reminiscent of the gorgeous sunsets to be enjoyed when imbibing and dining al fresco on Pelican Grill’s terrace, equipped with hidden heaters and sunscreens for year-round comfort – a perfect ending to 18 holes on one of the resort’s pair of Tom Fazio-designed courses.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Hangar One Mandarin
1 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
2 oz. Rose Champagne
Method:
Shake all ingredients except Champagne, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Pour Champagne over top. Garnish with a lime wheel. •
